  1. Acceptance of Terms
    Access to and use of the services of Blossom d.o.o. (“Blossom”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and our website (the “Site”) is subject to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). By accessing, using, or obtaining any content, products, or services from us—whether through our office or the Site—you (“you”, “your”, the “Customer” or “Passenger”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

You confirm you have read these Terms and agree that they are a fair allocation of risks given that the Site is publicly accessible and free to access. No Blossom employee, representative, or agent may alter these Terms except in a written document signed by an authorised representative of Blossom d.o.o.


2) Definitions

  • Services: Travel consulting, itinerary design, tour operation/ground handling, booking intermediation, related customer support and digital services provided by Blossom.
  • Supplier(s): Independent providers of travel services (e.g., hotels, carriers, ground transport, attractions, guides, payment processors) with whom you may contract via us or to whom we refer you.
  • Booking Documents: Confirmations, vouchers, tickets, invoices, itineraries, or any written communication that forms part of your booking.

3) Eligibility and Account Use

You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You are financially responsible for all bookings made by you or on your behalf, including by users under your supervision. You shall provide accurate and complete information and shall not make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.

Access to any password‑protected areas of the Site is restricted to authorised users only. Unauthorised access may result in civil and/or criminal liability.


4) Relationship with Suppliers (Agency Notice)

Blossom may act as agent of disclosed principal Suppliers and does not control, own, or operate the travel services provided by such Suppliers. Your contract for travel services is typically with the relevant Supplier(s); their own terms and conditions apply (including fare rules, change/cancellation policies, liability limits). You consent to the use of such Suppliers and agree that Blossom is not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of any Supplier. Any recovery against Blossom is limited to the commission or service fees actually received by Blossom for your booking.


5) Travel Documents & Requirements

It is your responsibility to obtain and carry valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and other documents required by applicable authorities. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding, entry refusal, delays, or missed services. Upon receipt of any Booking Documents, review immediately and notify us of any errors.


6) Payments, Changes & Cancellations

Payments. Unless specified otherwise in your Booking Documents, full payment is due before service commencement, subject to each Supplier’s policy. If payment is not received by the due date, bookings may be cancelled and deposits forfeited.

Your changes/cancellations. Requests must be submitted in writing to Blossom. Suppliers’ change/cancellation penalties will apply as per their rules and may be substantial or non‑refundable. Our administrative fee may apply to voluntary changes (typically €15 per change per person or as specified at booking). Refunds (if any) are processed according to Supplier rules and may be credited to the original payment method.

Supplier changes. Schedules, routes, equipment, and services are subject to change by Suppliers. Blossom is not responsible for such changes but will reasonably assist with available alternatives subject to cost/availability.

Currency. Prices may vary due to exchange‑rate fluctuations and taxes/fees beyond our control.


7) Air Travel (If Not Included)

Unless expressly stated in writing, air transportation is not included in your travel plan. Where you arrange your own air travel, you must verify check‑in times, reconfirm flight schedules, and comply with carrier rules. Failure to use a flight sector may result in automatic cancellation of onward/return segments by the airline.


8) Group Tours, Minimum Numbers & Unused Services

Some group services depend on minimum participant numbers. If the minimum is not met, a surcharge may be imposed or the tour may be cancelled with a refund of land‑only tour payments received. No refunds are provided for unused portions of services once the trip has commenced unless required by Supplier rules or applicable law.


9) Health & Fitness; Safety

You are responsible for evaluating whether travel is suitable for your health and fitness level and for seeking medical advice, including regarding required or recommended vaccinations. You must comply with local health/safety rules and Supplier instructions.


10) Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended (e.g., trip cancellation/interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation/repatriation, baggage). Unless explicitly included, insurance is not part of your booking. Without insurance, you acknowledge that cancellations, delays, or medical events may result in significant financial loss.


11) Force Majeure

Force Majeure” means circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, public‑health events, failures of utilities/telecom, or similar. Neither Blossom nor any Supplier is liable for delay, failure to perform, or necessary alterations due to Force Majeure. Where possible, reasonable efforts will be made to offer alternatives; any refund remains subject to Supplier rules and deduction of actual/potential costs incurred.


12) Limitation of Liability; Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
(a) Blossom’s aggregate liability arising from or related to your booking or use of the Site shall be limited to the fees/commissions actually received by Blossom for your booking;
(b) Blossom disclaims all warranties (express or implied) regarding the Site and its content, which are provided “as is” and “as available”;
(c) Blossom is not responsible for: acts/omissions of Suppliers; inaccuracies due to information provided by third parties; or events outside its control (including weather).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.


13) Intellectual Property & Use of the Site

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, trademarks, software, design) is owned by Blossom or its licensors and is protected by law. Except as permitted by applicable copyright or by our prior written consent, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, display, perform, license, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, transmit, sell, or distribute any Site content.


14) Privacy & Data Protection (Summary)

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Sl. glasnik BiH 12/25). Details about categories of data, purposes and legal bases, retention periods, recipients/Processors, international transfers, your rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent), complaint rights, and security measures are set out in our Privacy Policy available at: https://tours.blossomdoo.com/privacy-policy/ (or equivalent).

15) Cookies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Non‑essential cookies (e.g., analytics/marketing) operate only with your consent through our cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time. 16) Photography & Video (Events and Tours)

We may take general photos/videos at events or tours to document and promote our services. Where individuals are recognisable, we will rely on consent or a clearly stated lawful basis. You may object to processing or request removal/withdrawal of consent at any time by contacting us. We do not publish content that unreasonably intrudes on privacy or violates legitimate expectations.


17) Compliance; Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site or services, including by interfering with security features, attempting unauthorised access, scraping, reverse engineering, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.


18) Governing Law; Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. For consumers, mandatory consumer‑protection rules also apply. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the competent courts of Sarajevo have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the services.


19) Updates to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site and is effective upon posting. You should review the Terms before each booking or use of the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
